Blade perforations reduce the contact surface, preventing the cheese from completely sticking.

Knives are full size. Lengths are 8" and 9”, respectively. Blades are made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, which is strong and ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Handle is made of stainless-steel type 430, which is decorative, and corrosion resistant. Blade thickness is 1.5mm.

Use & Care
Knives are dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended after washing.
