Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900 °F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or hand-washing is recommended.
