This knife’s serrated edge makes an easy task of slicing both soft or crusty bread. However, it can also be used for slicing fruits, like pineapple, cakes and meatloaf.

Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 7-7/8" long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or hand-washing is recommended.
