This slicing knife is the tool of choice for slicing ham, turkey, roast beef and large charcuterie.
Handle available in two colors: black and yellow.
Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 11-3/4″ long and 3/32" thick. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or hand-washing is recommended.
