Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel, precision stamped and forged, is 11-3/4" long and 1/8" (4 mm) thick. It has 53-56 RC hardness, which ensures a long lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable synthetic polymer.
Knife is corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended immediately after washing.
