It has 58 RC hardness, which ensures a long lasting sharpness. Item weighs 25.5 oz. Handle is made of Micarta, a multilayered material that includes epoxy resin and linen fabric, which is very durable.
Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or hand-washing is recommended.
