This high quality slicing knife is the tool of choice for slicing ham, turkey, roast beef and large charcuterie. It's a professional level tool, strong, sharp and durable.
AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium) blade is 10" long, 9/64" thick (3.5 mm) and has a 50 RC hardness that ensures a long lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or hand-washing is recommended.
