Technical Specifications
Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel bar has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC.
Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable polymer. The sharpening steel bar is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or hand-washing is recommended.
