This knife is the tool of choice for preparing small steaks (center cut type), fish fillets and chicken steaks.
Technical Specifications
Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC.
Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or hand-washing is recommended.
