Blade made of 12C27 stainless steel is 4-1/8" long and 5/32" (4 mm) thick. Knife's total length is 8-1/2". This steel offers razor sharpness, good corrosion resistance, and is exceptionally tough. It has 58-60 RC hardness, which ensures a long lasting sharpness. Item weighs 8.0 oz. Handle is made of Micarta, a multilayered material that includes epoxy resin and linen fabric, which is very durable.
Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or hand-washing is recommended.
