This boning knife from our Master Collection has a 5-7/8″ straight spine blade with a hard Titanium coating, and a comfortable red POM handle, triple riveted.
This mid-size boning knife effortlessly scrapes the last bit of meat, chicken, lamb or fish from the bone. Its narrow blade facilitates moving the knife in as short space. Good for a cook at home and in a restaurant. It also adds a touch of color to the kitchen.
Blade is made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel with an Aluminium Titanium Nitride coating (PVD method) which improves hardness, gives a high temperature stability (1,600 °F) and has a beautiful gray-black color. Blade is 5-7/8″ long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 55-57 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or hand-washing is recommended.
