This cleaver has a 5-1/2″ forged blade with a slightly curved edge, is full tang and has a comfortable and durable PP synthetic handle.
This small size cleaver is specially designed for handling poultry meats, like chicken, turkey, duck and others that have light colored meat and light bones. Eventually, it can also be used for fish and vegetables.
This knife is specially useful in kitchen restaurants, supermarkets and meat processing facilities.
Blade is made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or hand-washing is recommended.
