This high quality boning knife from our Forjada Collection, has a 5-7/8″ in forged blade and a comfortable and durable, triple riveted, black POM handle.
This mid-size knife is intended for de-breasting chicken or turkey, as well as scraping the last bits of meat from the bone.

Blade made of AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium), is 5-7/8" long and 9/64" thick (3.5 mm). The forged manufacturing process provides the highest strength and flexibility, in comparison with other methods. Its 50 RC hardness ensures a long lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.
Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or hand-washing is recommended.
