Extended stainless steel bolster. Stainless steel rivets. POM synthetic handle.
Corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended for lasting sharpness.

11-3/4″ Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has 53-56 RC hardness, and is 1/8″ (4mm) thick.
Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable synthetic polymer.
Knife is corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended immediately after washing.
